The Daily Create for today was to take a photo of something I am envious of. I really don't believe in being envious - it doesn't get you anywhere. Therefore, I had to think about what might I be envious of... hmmmmm... yes, there is something! Fabulous, flat abs.I searched online for a flat-abbed wonder, and grabbed my trusty camera. I adjusted the hue to what I call "envy green" in Photoshop.
Would I love to have abs that look like this? Yes. BUT, would I prefer to eat that piece of chocolate cake with chocolate frosting even more? Absolutely!
Life is about moderation and balance. I think I will do both - work out a couple of times a week, and eat cake (occasionally).
